Subprocessors

The following providers support simulations, terrain and imagery. They receive data such as coordinates and design parameters. Depending on context, site information can be personal data. Providers contacted directly by a browser also receive connection information such as IP addresses and browser details; applicable data-protection obligations apply where personal data is processed.

Before a new subprocessor processes customer personal data, Solesca updates this page and emails the Owners and Admins of each customer organization at least thirty (30) days in advance. A customer may object in writing within that period on reasonable data-protection grounds; if Solesca cannot reasonably accommodate the objection, the customer may terminate the affected Services before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid subscription fees for the unused remainder of the term. Where applicable law and transfer clauses permit an emergency replacement without advance notice to keep the Services secure or available, Solesca notifies customers as soon as practicable and customers have thirty (30) days from that notice to object. If the objection cannot reasonably be accommodated, the customer may terminate the affected Services within thirty (30) days after Solesca communicates that outcome, with the same pro-rata subscription refund. Vendors used for the marketing website (Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, Apollo.io, HubSpot and Calendly) may receive website visitor and business contact information. They are not embedded analytics or advertising tools in the authenticated platform. Google Fonts and jsDelivr also serve resources used by the website or platform and receive browser connection information. They are described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, not here.
