This page records changes to Solesca’s terms and policies. We notify all users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or by a notice through the Services, and record the changes here.

1. Updated terms and policies — effective October 17, 2026

We’re updating our terms and policies to make them easier to navigate and explain how Solesca’s services work.

1.2 Your existing agreements and purchases:

This update does not change your agreed pricing or previously purchased access. If your organization has a separate signed agreement with Solesca, that agreement continues to control the Services it covers. These Terms apply only to the extent consistent with that agreement.

1.3 What’s changing:

Clearer descriptions of subscriptions, licenses, SOL Credits and professional services, with purchase details provided in your quote, order or checkout.
Mutual confidentiality protections and clearer explanations of permitted de-identified data use, including the existing option to exclude your organization’s data from model training.
Separate pages for privacy, cookies, data processing and service providers.
A commitment to give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes to the Terms, together with the cancellation and refund rights described there. The DPA also explains notice and objection rights for new subprocessors.

Read the updated documents or the previous Terms.

Subject to any separate signed agreement, continuing to use the Services after October 17, 2026 means accepting the updated Terms. For questions or concerns, contact legal@solesca.com before that date.
