This page records changes to Solesca Energy, Inc.’s legal documents. Material changes are announced at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, by email to the Owners and Admins of each customer organization and on this page. Non-material changes, such as corrections and clarifications, take effect when posted.
1. October 17, 2026 — Terms of Service 2.0 and new policies
1.1 What changed in the Terms:
Separate documents replace the single terms page: the Terms of Service, a Privacy Policy, a Cookie Policy, a Data Processing Addendum and a subprocessor list each have their own page.
SOL Credits are described by how they work: a prepaid, organization-level balance redeemed for credit-priced services and features. Prices appear in your quote or at checkout, and all credit purchases are final.
Licensing is described as per-seat Design and Engineering licenses, floating Terrain licenses and organization-wide Plan Sets, on monthly or annual terms.
Professional-services deliverables and their disclaimers are consolidated into one section; the scope appendices have been removed from the Terms.
A mutual confidentiality clause is new: each party keeps the other’s non-public information (including quotes, pricing and Customer Content) confidential during the agreement and for three years after it ends.
Future material changes will be announced at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you have prepaid for a term that runs past the effective date and a material change adversely affects you, you may terminate and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid subscription fees for the unused remainder.

Governing law, the limitation of liability, indemnification and the dispute terms are unchanged.
The new Terms of Service take effect on October 17, 2026 for all customers. They were posted on September 17, 2026. Continued use of the Services after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms. If you have questions or do not agree with a change, contact legal@solesca.com before that date and we will work with you.
